Who we are
Rooted, and growing
A rose does not strain upwards. It is rooted, and it grows because of what it is rooted in. We think faith works the same way — it holds in ordinary weeks, not just on the good ones.
What we hold to
What we believe, in plain words
Four things at the center of who we are. No jargon, and nothing hidden.
Scripture
We hold the Bible as the word of God and our guide for faith and living.
Jesus
We believe Jesus is the Son of God, who lived, died and rose again, and through whom we are reconciled to God.
Grace
Nobody earns their way in. We are welcomed by grace, and we try to offer the same welcome to others.
The church
The church is people, not a building. We are a family learning to love God and one another.
